12:40pm Are you a Kroger shopper? Have you purchased ground beef in the last month? If you have - throw it away. 17 people in Ohio and 15 people in Michigan have gotten sick after eating ground beef patties that they bought at Kroger. We're going to have more information you need to know coming up tonight at 6 and 7.

E-mail Rob! Reporter's Notebook:Friday, July 4 9:30 a.m. I'm on the road this fourth of July to check on stories and celebrations. Feel free to e-mail me with your news ideas. 6:30 p.m. I focused on a block in west Toledo that's still dealing with damage left after four inches of rain fell Thursday overnight. Dozens of homeowners on Northwood Avenue were removing debris from their basements that was destroyed. Many complained they called for help over the course of 18 hours until crews arrived and unclogged a drain. The City Utilities director told me they were extremely busy responding to at least 180 calls.
